Join our team as a Client-Side Project Manager and take the lead in managing and delivering high-profile construction projects. You will oversee all aspects of project administration, contract management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract and Project Administration:
- Coordinate responses to procedural matters under the contract and report on consultant performance.
- Ensure pre-start requirements are satisfied before work commences.
- Attend site meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Oversee Health & Safety policies, including risk assessments, training, and safe working procedures.
- Manage all procedural documentation, including RFIs, site instructions, variations, and payment claims.
- Monitor contractor procurement, quality, and compliance with contract documentation.
- Provide a comprehensive handover report, including defect inspections and O&M manuals.
Superintendency:
- Perform the role of Superintendent and coordinate consultant team roles during the construction phase.
- Certify all payments, assess delay claims, and monitor progress.
Risk Management:
- Manage project-specific and company-wide risks, ensuring the successful delivery of the project within scope and budget.
