Role Overview
As the Weighbridge Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of our Feedlot processes, from cattle and commodity management to providing administrative support. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, this position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Your Key Responsibilities
Weighbridge Operations: Manage weighbridge tasks, including overseeing cattle and commodity processing, recording delivery details, and directing truck drivers.Grain Sampling: Perform grain testing and sampling to ensure quality standards.Front Desk & Communication: Answer calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.Mail and Deliveries: Organise incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.Administration Support: Maintain filing systems, manage contact lists, and assist with new staff onboarding.

Friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Detail-oriented, highly diligent, and organized.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
