As you walk through our doors, you will find our warm and inviting Centre Administrator at our reception. You will also see our fully equipped Chef’s kitchen and community lounge where parents can catch up with each other or educators over a fresh barista-made coffee.
This beautiful two-storey centre is Licenced for 124 children per day, our centre has an expansive indoor & outdoor play space with 7 beautiful learning hubs spanning across both floors.
Our centre offers all-inclusive fees which comprise of fresh and healthy meals, linen, hats and nappies. Included are also extra-curricular activities, excursions and incursions such as weekly yoga classes and culinary classes.
In this role use your passion and enthusiasm for early learning in helping to make work play, creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing different, and creating opportunities for our team to choose their own adventure.
About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fit’s all”
- Strong understanding of image of child and how to support educators with this
- Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Flexible with routines and able to support multiple rooms requiring assistance
- Oversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
Qualifications
- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma OR Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
