Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator seeking an exciting new opportunity? We’re looking for someone just like you to join a leading multi-disciplinary construction company based in Fortitude Valley.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and set up supplier accounts, process invoices, and ensure all account details are accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to provide timely costing updates
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Work with the wider team to maintain accurate financial data across the board
- Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as needed
- Build strong relationships with staff and clients to foster a collaborative environment
- Assist with general office administration tasks
- Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance and precision at every step
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a bonus)
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the construction or property development sectors
- Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficient in financial software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac - must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
