Our client believes culture and employee development is crucial to their success. Due to their expansion to Brisbane, they are looking for a Team and Talent Coordinator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, administering, participate and support all recruitment & selection activity
- Preparation of all contracts and correspondence in relation to the full employment cycle and ensure all relevant legislative compliance
- Execute and administer the induction and onboarding processes for any new team member
- Help develop tailor made Professional Development Pathways so each nominated team member can be the best version of themselves.
- Arrange / assist with catering and meetings / events when required.
- Monitor and complete stock orders for site teams following the approved process of equipment to order and get the Construction Manager and People and Culture Manager’s approval
- Managing our nominated cleaner to their daily tasks to ensure our offices are always tidy and clean
- Preferred Tertiary qualification” bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human resources or related business field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Team and talent related.
- Demonstrated ability in coordination and administration of activities and tasks.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
