About the role:
We are seeking casual or part time Outside School Hours Care Educators to join our professional team at Lauderdale, with availability across Monday - Friday, 6.30am – 6.30pm, however, we can offer flexibility for the right candidate. We are dedicated to providing high-quality early education programs for children in a safe, secure, challenging and nurturing environment that is rich, flexible and encourages learning, curiosity, creativity and exploration. You will work with children in our spectacular indoor and outdoor facilities, supported by a team of experienced managers.
You must have:
- A fun and outgoing attitude to work
- A willingness to learn and an interest in working with children
- Regular availability and flexibility to work a range of shifts during our opening hours (mostly mornings and evenings)
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration – or willingness to obtain
- Preferable: A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – or a desire to study.
