About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate as an Administration Coordinator – Nursing & Midwifery Casual Pool. The role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, primarily supporting the directorate with scheduling, contract management, rostering within ProAct, personnel file management and e-recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and databases. Ensure records are updated, accurate, and compliant with regulations
- Coordinates the recruitment and selection of N&M casual pool staff
