Care Squad is looking for dedicated support workers to join our team and make a positive impact on a client based in Enfield whose support will include picking him up from Plympton and provide in-home support in Enfield.
Position: Support Worker
Location: Shift starts at Plympton and ends at Enfield.
Timings - Monday to Fridays - 1445 to 1830
Experience: Must have experience with behavior management & Mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client during school pick-up routines and activities afterwards.
- Implement behaviour management techniques as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being.
- Incident reporting and adhering to Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
