Overview
Are you passionate about enhancing consumer experience and driving positive change within the healthcare sector? SA Health is seeking a dedicated and innovative Consumer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team in the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN).
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the coordination and monitoring of the RMCLHN Consumer Reported Measures (CRM) Program, ensuring a continuous focus on improving the consumer experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising on the planning and implementation of approaches to monitor and support the consumer experience for consumers, communities, and various stakeholder groups relevant to RMCLHN.
As a leader in consumer engagement, you will develop and support sites and services, fostering a culture of best practice. Additionally, you will coordinate and monitor the involvement of consumer representatives in RMCLHN activities, ensuring their voices are heard and their perspectives are valued.
Your contributions will not only enhance the consumer experience but also support RMCLHN in maintaining accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Health Service, Aged Care, and National Disability Insurance Agency Practice standards, with a keen focus on understanding the consumer perspective and experience.
