- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer reach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors to drive sales growth.
- Deliver technical product training to end users and distributor teams.
- Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities , assisting in coaching sales teams.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive product innovation opportunities in mining and conveyor markets.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitors and industry trends.

Technical & Engineering Support
- Offer technical expertise and after-sales support to customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Industry 4.0, and Mechanical Service Teams for hands-on field solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of bearings, maintenance products, and condition monitoring equipment to support customer needs effectively.
