As part of the new Operating Model, we are looking for a Product & Underwriting Manager - Financial Lines to join our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office.
This role is responsible for the profitability, underwriting and oversight of Ansvar’s Financial Lines portfolios across all associated product classes and customer segments - including SME, Mid-Market and Corporate (Strategic Accounts).

Knowledge, skills and experience
Extensive experience (min. 10+ years) in a technical underwriting role in Financial Lines Deep knowledge of financial lines products and exposures Experience in Policy drafting for Financial Lines Products Proven track record in delivering profitable growth in Financial Lines Confident and influential communicator with the ability to negotiate at all levels Commercial acumen - decisiveness on critical business issues and decision making Responds positively to change; actively seeks feedback on performance Ability to create a positive working environment Passionate about the business and making a difference Ansvar believes deeply in embracing our Values and BehavioursWhat we offer
