About the role
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with investors while managing enquiries and ensuring timely resolutions. You will deliver high-quality reports, stay up to date with market trends, and provide investors with insights and recommendations that enhance their experience and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture relationships with investors.
- Manage enquiries and provide resolutions to investor queries.
- Seek outcomes through internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and communication.
- Collate data, write, and prepare reports that include supporting information.
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Investor Relations experience within property
- Proven experience in commercial property
- Understand property fundamentals and investor requirements
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced report writing and presentation skills using Microsoft Packages including PowerPoint presentations.
