Are you a customer service professional looking to start your career in banking? Working with us a People First Bank as a Support Member Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service.
About the role
As a Support Member Service Consultant , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members; building trust and rapport by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future.
We have a flexible part-time opportunity available, based at the Palmerston branch, offering 15-32 hours per week. To support your work life balance, we provide rosters over a 4-week period and release these 1 week in advance. We are dedicated to supporting our members and the community across our Monday to Friday trading, as a result, we are looking for candidates who have fully flexibility across our rostering.
Please note that you will primarily be based at the Palmerston branch, but as required, may be rostered to support the Casuarina branch as well.
