What will you be doing in this role:
Taking over a residential portfolio of 170 properties that has been managed by the Head of Property Management you will have support with routines, leasing, accounts, and outgoings to allow for you to focus on nurturing your Landlord and Tenant relationships. A full hand over if offered to ensure a seamless transition into your new portfolio.
- Manage arrears
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and minor renovations
- Ingoing inspections
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Assist with the overflow of routines as required
- Manage price adjustments and leasing feedback to Landlords
- Onboard new tenants
The right candidate will have:
- 8 years managing a portfolio on your own
- A valid drivers license and reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies ACT
- A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate License
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- A can do attitude with a focus on customer service
