About the Role
This is a workshop-based role focusing on the maintenance and repair of earthmoving and demolition equipment. This hands-on opportunity involves working on a variety of earthmoving and demolition equipment, ensuring their reliability and peak performance for ongoing projects. You will play a key role in maintaining the fleet, diagnosing issues, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of heavy machinery and demolition equipment.
• Conduct routine servicing and ensure machinery operates to optimal standards.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and deliver efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Work closely with operators and site teams to ensure equipment readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Welding experience is highly regarded for reasonable repairs to plant attachments.
• Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a proven track record in servicing heavy vehicles and machinery.
• Experience working with earthmoving and demolition equipment is highly regarded.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• HR license advantageous.
