About the hybrid role:
Clinical Counselling Component:
- Support clients' recovery by helping them manage the emotional challenges of injury or illness.
- Address mental health concerns like anxiety, stress, and trauma to promote well-being and readiness for work.
- Collaborate with a team of rehab and allied health specialists to develop personalised return-to-work plans.
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure clients stay on track and achieve their recovery and RTW goals.
- Manage client caseloads by providing personalised support for recovery and return-to-work strategies.
- Conduct assessments such as Vocational and Initial Needs Assessments to guide client care.
- Participate in medical case conferences with specialists and healthcare providers.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, allied health professionals, employers, insurers, and brokers.
- Achievable KPIs: Performance goals designed for success and balance.
- Competitive Salary: Up to $110k base, plus car allowance.

- A motivated and experienced Psychologist or Clinical Counsellor / Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role.
- A strong background in Psychology (registered with AHPRA) or Rehabilitation Counselling (a member of ASORC, the PACFA or ACA or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
