As our Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in representing the Seafolly brand. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to recruit, build, and mentor your team, and you’ll collaborate with your Regional Manager, ensuring our brand’s vision is brought to life.

Your Responsibilities:
- Inspire & Motivate: Guide your team to exceed targets while fostering a collaborative and energetic sales environment.
- Develop Talent: Provide your team with the training and tools needed to offer outstanding customer service and expert styling recommendations.
- Merchandise with Impact: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create a welcoming and visually appealing space.
- Enhance Customer Confidence: Ensure every shopper leaves feeling excited, confident, and satisfied with their purchases.
- Achieve Performance Goals: Support strategies that drive sales growth and elevate the overall customer experience.

- Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
