The Role - Digital Account Manager
Based in the Sydney Head Office, the Digital Account Manager is responsible for relationship, service levels, campaign performance and retention and growth of their digital clients.
This role will liaise, oversee, and execute strategic campaign strategies and plan activities required to help their clients meet their marketing goals.
You will oversee a set portfolio of clients, acting as the first point of contact and be responsible for ensuring communication and strategic updates are consistently provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Integrating Search Engine Optimisation protocols into campaign strategy
- Website Development/Content analysis and auditing,
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign creation, tracking, and improving.
- Social Media Management (SMM) and
- Client Relationship & retention and short/long term goal setting

You
To be considered for the role, you MUST have minimum 2 years relevant agency and Digital Account Management experience. In addition, you must have the following skills and experience in the following areas:
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially SEO
- Exceptional communication skills, bright, bubbly and personable
- An extremely high care factor, caring personality and customer focus
- A genuine passion and understanding of the purpose of digital marketing
- Manage and monitor campaign performance with flair.
- Manage, convey, and present to internal and external stakeholders project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Produce reports, project plans, and provide weekly/monthly reports to clients on time and to a high standard.
- Understand and resolve challenging client requests or communicate more complex issues
- Educate clients on best practices, project execution, and technological troubleshooting.
- Research and promote high-conversion and effective campaign elements.
- Keep up to date with trends and identify relevant opportunities for clients.
- Communicate opportunities to improve the client experience with the broader Digital team.
- Understand and work with a variety of software reporting tools and CRMs
