Role Highlights: This is a newly created role for a Marketing Assistant to join a growing insurance business. This hybrid role will offer you the opportunity to contribute to both marketing initiatives and office administration. You'll work closely with the marketing and business development teams while providing support to the CEO and CUO with their daily operations.
In this role, you will assist in growing the company's presence on LinkedIn, support the creation of marketing materials, and help organise key company events. You will also ensure the smooth running of office operations, including managing office supplies, scheduling, and overseeing logistics for meetings and travel arrangements. Your contribution will be vital to optimising business processes, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing strategy and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in managing both marketing campaigns and administrative tasks.
You will support senior leadership by assisting with content creation, social media management, and event coordination, while also ensuring efficient office operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and travel arrangements. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, creating engaging content and driving business-to-business engagement
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and other documents aligned with the company's messaging and strategy
- Support content planning and scheduling for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels
- Assist with the planning and management of company events, including seminars, webinars, and conferences
- Provide general administrative support for marketing, including data management, reporting, and project documentation
- Oversee office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Organise travel arrangements for the team, ensuring bookings are aligned with business needs
- Manage the CEO and senior leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and address their day-to-day administrative requirements
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event logistics
- Coordinate lunch meetings, team gatherings, off-site events, and networking opportunities
