Financial Administration: Perform daily bank reconciliations and process financial transactions.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, parishes, and offices.

Customer Service: Provide face-to-face and phone-based support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues.

General Administration: Assist with reception duties, schedule appointments, organise catering, and monitor office supplies.

Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial or support services.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Drive.
