Key Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive training modules for AI models based on current tax laws and accounting principles.• Analyze and refine AI-generated tax responses for accuracy and compliance.• Collaborate with AI developers to incorporate tax guidelines into evolving AI technologies.• Research and adapt to new tax regulations and integrate them into AI training.• Conduct regular audits of AI model performance and suggest improvements.• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex tax scenarios.• Ensure the AI model's ability to solve detailed, analytical tax problems efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proven expertise in tax laws, regulations, and compliance with hands-on experience.• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.• Ability to adapt to various taxation contexts and challenges.• Proficiency in analytical thinking and detail-oriented tax problem-solving.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience with roles such as Tax Accountant, Tax Auditor, or similar.• Skilled in recommending improvements to enhance AI model performance.
Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in tax training.• Background in working with remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.• Experience in training or developing AI models in a financial context, is nice to have.
