How will I help?
Joining a newly established team in Business Banking the Senior Manager, Business Performance will be tasked with devising and rolling out accreditation programmes for bankers across Healthcare and Professional Services. This role will also build capability with the Banker network specifically as it relates to industry specifics. The Senior Manager will guide bankers and share best practice in building pipelines and structuring transactions with the aim of improving performance.
Key Accountabilities:
Uplift the performance of Bankers in Healthcare and Professional Services Improve the credit quality of transactionsImproving portfolio concentration of Health and Professional Service BankersRollout of accreditation programme for both Healthcare and Professional Service and ensuring it remains fit for purpose and lifting capability

What do I need?
The successful candidate will have:
Health / professional services industry expertise is preferredA background in business performance, capability (rolling out large scale programmes for bankers) or as a banker who demonstrates a strong portfolio and pipeline managementAbility to engage with bankers/RGM’s to identify areas for developmentAnalytical skills to identify areas of opportunity Experience in change management / training advantageous
