The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier support workers and administrativestaff.• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks.• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide workforce planningsolutions.
Onboarding & Training• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to integrate themeffectively into the organization.• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of support workers and other staff,ensuring compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
Organizational Culture & Change Management• Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, andinclusion.• Develop and implement strategies to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions duringorganizational growth and restructuring.
Compliance & Policy Management• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, NDIS, and aged care standards.• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
Performance Management & Employee Relations• Oversee performance appraisal systems to support staff development and recognize achievements.• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and maintaining apositive work environment
RequirementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential).Additional certifications in HR or related disciplines are advantageous.Bilingual language required (Cantonese) , due to working environment.Demonstrated experience recruiting and training support workers in the aged care and/or NDIS sectors(preferred).Proven track record of improving organizational culture and managing change effectively.Proficiency in both Chinese and English (essential).Strong understanding of aged care and NDIS compliance and operational standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HR software and tools
