Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Sydney, NSW. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in our marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and enhancing our brand presence in a highly rewarding sector. As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and optimising our omnichannel marketing strategy. Your focus will be on boosting customer engagement, enhancing lead generation, and improving sales and occupancy performance. This role involves:
Leading and executing multi-channel branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, ensuring creativity, consistency, and effectiveness in reaching our target audience.Enhance and maintain Flip's brand image. Ensure consistent messaging across all activities, social media channels, blogs and third-party websites.Source, produce/manage, and share engaging, original content that drives brand storytelling across multiple digital and print platforms. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a unified and cohesive organisational approach.Analysing market data and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and possesses comprehensive technical expertise in ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies.Expertise in developing and executing effective marketing plansStrong and proven expertise in digital marketing including direct marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta, etc.Market Analysis and Trend ForecastingContent Creation and CopywritingDemonstrated analytical and data driven thinkingStrong project management and coordination skillsExcellent Communication and Team Collaboration AbilitiesExperience managing or collaborating with agencies is a plus.
