Capability to analyze data, processes, and systems to identify gaps, understand needs, and propose effective solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive change within the organization. Understanding of relevant technologies and processes, particularly those related to the Insurance industry and/or Large transformation Programs Project Management experience in an IT Setting (Data Platforms specific highly desirable) Understanding of Data Platforms, including Data warehousing, Data Acquisition, Data Data Modelling, Data transformation and Data consumption. Understanding databases, data storage, data movement technologies including Databricks AWS Redshift Dbt Data Vault Experience in Jira and mandatory Confluence Demonstrable ability to perform analysis, engagement with both senior and junior technical staff, interpretation and making the complex simple. Comfortable working with ambiguity and finalizing decisions and solutions across multiple stakeholders.
