Position Summary: Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to collectively manage and streamline sales, warehouse, and logistics operations.

This pivotal role ensures smooth work-flows from order processing to inventory management and shipping, while maintaining strong collaboration with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics functions, and excellent communication abilities to foster a collaborative, positive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:

Oversee the end-to-end processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Communicate with customers regarding product availability, order status, and delivery time-lines. Quickly address any order discrepancies, and manage returns and exchanges by coordinating with warehouse teams.

Work closely with the sales team to anticipate and meet customer needs efficiently. Operations Support: Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory handling, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Inventory management; stock conversions, transfers and adjustments, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate quarterly stock-takes, reviewing reports and ensuring timely reconciliation of any discrepancies. Provide strategic oversight to maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimise work-flows, improve efficiency, and resolve any operational issues. Monitor logistics processes to enhance delivery performance, streamline operations, and cost efficiency Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales support, warehouse management, and logistics coordination. Strong leadership skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems, warehouse software, and logistics platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships and maintain positive customer interactions.
