Your day as an Administration Officer will be dynamic and impactful, filled with a variety of tasks that keep the hospital running smoothly. You'll start by embracing and modelling Darling Downs Health values, ensuring all your work aligns with their standards of excellence. From updating critical hospital systems like HBCIS and Smart Referrals to coordinating patient transfers and providing accurate information to staff, clients, and visitors, you'll be the go-to point for seamless service delivery. Whether managing meeting minutes, supporting temporary staff absences, or maintaining patient records with precision, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in delivering high-quality, confidential administrative support in a hospital setting.
