The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to lead the National Strategy and deliver results through the Education and Government sectors. Ideally, the candidate will have an existing strong network in the Education segment across Australia and across all target groups.
This is an important role that will help define and develop the future growth of a key segment in our business and will report directly to the Commercial Sales Director.
Tarkett’s next BDM will ideally possess:
A successful track record in sales and an ability to influence and build networks with key stakeholders (preferably within a building/construction/interiors sector)An ability to present to audiences and provide a compelling story with authenticity and credibilityAn engaging personality and the ability to communicate to a variety of levels both internally and within the marketplaceHigh energy levels, focus and determination with a sense of urgency to achieve all tasks in agreed time framesAn entrepreneurial outlook to deliver exceptional performanceA champion of a positive culture and role modelA passion for learningA willingness to travel (monthly as a minimum) within Australia as to support the States in achieving their target
