A unique opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated experienced Retail Manager/ Pharmacy Assistant to fill a position as a full time Trainer Assessor.
This is an administration based, training position, supporting pharmacy assistants enrolled in accredited community pharmacy training courses.
This position is available for an immediate start.
Ideally the position is Brisbane based, however we will accept applications from any Australian location, provided the successful applicant is willing to work based on a Brisbane time zone (AEST).

What will I be doing?
- Managing a caseload of students undertaking accredited courses, full qualifications, or short course programs
- Monthly telephone contact appointments with students
- Training and assessment of pharmacy assistants
- Providing learning support and career advice to students
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 5 years working within a community pharmacy
- Retail management experience (desirable)
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- A high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencing employment)
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy
