Our business has relationships with some of Australia's major Insurance Companies & Government Agencies, and due to growth with these clients, we are looking for the next addition to our dedicated Team.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating repair work, while keeping various stakeholders informed about the progress of the repairs. Ideally, you have experience in coordinating property maintenance works or insurance claims, along with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of repair works
- Liaising with Stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date
- Coordinating trades (internal & external)
- Complete administrative duties as required throughout the repair process including: data entry, booking appointments, preparing contracts and relevant documentation, submitting quotes and responding to customer queries
Skills & Experience required:
- Positive attitude and a team player
- High level of customer service
- Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- An ability and willingness to quickly learn new software/systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Must be reliable and provide references
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
