The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. You will leverage your skills to effectively sell our range of products and services while building and maintaining strong customer relationships, targeting new opportunities, and helping us increase revenue across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory or market.
  • Plan and execute a strategic sales approach to maximize time and outcomes for each customer.
  • Implement in-field sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, customer potential, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate new business leads through proactive engagement, leveraging CRM tools, social media, trade shows, and industry networks.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in promotions, events, and trade fairs to boost product awareness.
  • Accurately maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM and report on progress, pipeline, and targets to the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver training to customers and their staff on product use, fostering engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide market insights and feedback on customer needs and product expectations for continuous improvement.

About you
We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales growth and building lasting customer relationships , as well as a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset. If you have the following capabilities, get in touch:

  • Proven experience in solution-based selling, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
  • A strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, from executive chefs and business owners to site managers and procurement teams.
  • Expertise in account and sales management within the hospitality or food services industry.
  • Commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on overcoming challenges and delivering value to customers.
  • Flexibility in working hours to align with the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
