About the Role:
Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual event customer service staff to work at CMC Rocks, Australia’s premier country music festival, in Ipswich between Friday 21st March and Sunday 23rd March.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to fans at events. You will be working outdoors with your team members to scan tickets, assist patrons, provide general customer service and resolve ticketing queries.
Shifts will likely be available between Wednesday 19th and Sunday 23rd March with shifts available early in the morning to late in the evening.
Shift opportunities may also exist in the future for those interested in working with Event Force across other events in surrounding areas including Brisbane, however applicants for this role must be available to work at CMC Rocks in Ipswich between Wednesday 19th and Sunday 23rd March 2025.
You will be:
- Scanning Tickets
- Providing General Customer Service
- Selling Tickets
- Resolving Ticketing Queries
What you need:
- Must be available to work multiple shifts between Wednesday 19th and Sunday 23rd March in Ipswich
- Can do attitude with excellent levels of customer service
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Exceptional personal presentation
- The ability to learn systems and follow procedures
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
