We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Park Ridge store.
The Opportunity
- Be a Banjo’s expert baker – produce great tasting breads, pastries and sweets fresh every day.
- Ensure the baking team achieves Banjo’s high standards of product quality.
- Manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering.
- Be prepared to work across a range of shifts. Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Growth and development opportunities in a supportive work environment
About you
- You have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team
- You take pride in your craft, and have experience producing quality baked goods
- You are reliable, organised and a good communicator
- You love a challenge at work where not every day is the same
- You possess a Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent
- You have experience managing and supporting a team
- You are open to opportunities to grow your career
- You have a valid driver’s license
