THE ROLE
Based at our Parkinson office, the purpose of the Internal Sales Support role is to ensure all customers receive a professional experience each time. This role involves handling incoming sales enquires, processing of customer orders, maintaining stock levels and organizing customer deliveries and administration.
About You
This role is vital for supporting our sales team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will therefore possess the following skills and attributes:
- A proven track record in the Lighting/Electrical industry preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated delivery of impeccable customer service
- Previous internal sales experience and enjoy working within a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence in working with a computer
- General knowledge of both warehousing and logistics processes
- Enjoy working within a team environment with great interpersonal skills
- A positive “can – do” and enthusiastic approach to your job
- Some heavy lifting may be required
