As a Storeperson at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. Duties
Picking and packing orders to customer specificationProcessing both Inbound & Outbound ordersPerforming putaways into designated locationsTimely replenishment of stockOperating hand held technology such as RF scannersUsing WMS to print labels & check dataEnsure the accuracy and integrity of all incoming & outgoing ordersFollowing client SOP's to meet customer expectations and minimise stock damageSupport the operation in stocktakes as requiredEnsure that the work area is clean and tidyAdherence to DHL Safety Policies & Procedures including hazard awareness
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
Experience working in a high volume 3PL warehouse environmentForklift Licence (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) essentialProven experience picking, packing, checking and dispatching of ordersPrevious use of warehouse management systems including RF scannersAbility to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer serviceAn understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S policies and proceduresKnowledge of inventory managementExcellent attention to detailBasic computer skillsFlexible, positive, Can Do attitude
