About the role
As the Operations Manager at Foundation Training Australia RTO 31972, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
