Key Office Duties
- Keep the office stocked and ready with inventory management
- Craft letters and handle mailouts like a wordsmith
- Manage databases and keep documents up-to-date
- Coordinate travel plans like a travel agent
- Order catering that makes every meeting a feast
- Be the hero of stationery and consumables supply!
Key Receptionist Duties
- Be the friendly voice answering and directing calls
- Greet guests with a smile and assist them like a pro
- Keep reception and meeting rooms looking their best
- Support meetings and events with style and flair
- Coordinate travel and catering like a champion
