About the Opportunity
As Financial Analyst at ECH, you will serve as a key strategic partner, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying process improvements and cost optimisation opportunities, while conducting thorough assessments of potential risks and opportunities across the organisation.
Working as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders, you'll provide comprehensive support through detailed budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that shapes strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
You'll develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks that offer deep visibility into financial performance and trends, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
About You
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute professional who combines deep business acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You'll influence key business decisions and strategic direction, demonstrating your ability to translate complex financial insights into compelling narratives through well-reasoned arguments and data-driven recommendations.
Your proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail sets you apart, as does your proactive approach to identifying both opportunities and potential risks.
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
- Well organised with good problem-solving skills
- National Police check
- Driver’s licence
Advantageous
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Data Analysis.
