Your Role as Practice Coordinator
*Practice & Team Coordination
- Overseeing scheduling, billing, and records
- Managing the appointment book for optimal productivity
- Preparing monthly financial reports and invoices
- Coordinating staff and ensuring seamless operations
*Patient & Front Office Experience
- Handling patient inquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Creating a welcoming front desk experience for patients
- Acting as the main link between staff, patients, and owners
*Clinical & Operational Support
- Providing chairside assistance in situations if required
- Managing stock ordering and equipment servicing
- Implementing and overseeing a hygiene appointment book
Who will this be a fit for?
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Dental Assisting experience and a strong background in front-office coordination
✔ A desire to step into a leadership role, ensuring both patients and the team are well-supported
✔ Excellent people skills – someone who can lead a team, build trust with patients, and maintain a positive work environment
✔ A keen eye for financial performance, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and the needs of the business.
✔ Experience with hygiene programs and a willingness to take the lead on implementation
