About the role
As a Support Officer , Student Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing the student journey at TAFE SA . You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support across various TAFE SA departments. This includes engaging with students, staff, and the wider community to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs and services. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all stakeholders.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
- Some out of hours work may be required, and a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Some intrastate/ interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
