Responsibilities
As a team member of our Gepps Cross Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include:
Telephone customer service and salesProviding exceptional customer serviceKeying of ordersLiaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teamsRegular communication and interaction with store managers
About You
Previous experience in customer service or internal salesExcellent data entry skillsStrong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve resultsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced sales environmentPrevious experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked uponFlexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
