About the role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an energetic, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This role will suit a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will be act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating Board and senior leadership meetings, compiling and distributing key organisational documents, preparing board communications, minute-taking, and maintaining compliance documentation.
This is a full-time role based in Adelaide, but part-time (minimum 0.8) may be considered for the right candidate. The remuneration package includes a competitive base salary, plus superannuation, and not-for-profit salary sacrifice.
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience in a high-level Executive Assistant role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Client Management Systems
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and exercise sound judgment and confidentiality
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong interpersonal skills at all levels
- A qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field is desirable
- An understanding of government and ministerial protocols will be highly regarded
- Experience working with and showing empathy to vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- A current driver’s licence
