Based in Albany and reporting to the Albany Sales Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Developing skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape.
Creating, booking and maintaining advertising placements for client TV campaigns tailored to their target audience.
Managing internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns.
Regularly engaging with internal departments to ensure campaign success.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Assisting with receptionist duties when required.
About You
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Sales Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
You will have:
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
Great time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
