Description:
Our client is a Council located within the Murray River Region in Victoria.
They are seeking a Project Manager to join their team for an approx. term of between 6-12 months to assist with some key projects across the LGA. There is a possibility for the contract to be extended.
You will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering Council’s Capital Program and ensuring efficient and effective project outcomes in alignment with Council’s governance framework, policies, and objectives.
Your deliverables will include :
- Project Initiation Documents
- Risk Management Plans
- Progress and Financial Reports
- Quality Assurance Documentation
- Asset Handover Report
- End Project Report
- Post-Implementation Review Report
- Communication Plans and Stakeholder Consultation Records
The ideal candidate will possess :
Qualifications in Project Management or Engineering (preferred). Have a minimum of three years of experience in project delivery within the civil or building construction sector. Demonstrate proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and knowledge of contract administration and civil construction principles.
