Nicholas Scott is working with one of the top tier firms in Australia who are looking for Senior Associates for their Band 1 Corporate M&A team in Sydney.
The Partners are leading names in the market and very highly regarded for their work on the best and highest profile deals in Australia.
The role will include working on all aspects of corporate transactions including public and private M&A deals and takeovers for listed companies across a range of sectors, including cross border transactions. Responsibilities also include acting as lead associate on M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.
