Job Responsibilities :
- Managing hiring processes, job postings and employee’s onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate and liaise with employment agencies.
- Addressing staff concerns and managing workplace welfare.
- Overseeing HR documentation, expenses and office management tasks.
- Ensuring adherence to Malaysia’s labour laws act, maintaining employee records and handling statutory requirements.
- Assisting in preparation payroll process on the group’s payroll and administration.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field. At least 1 year of work experience in HR and / or payroll administration. Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws, payroll process and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and well organized in managing payroll calculations and HR documentation.How do your skills match this job?
