THE ROLE
As a Collections Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume ledger, making 50 collection calls per day, and working proactively to recover outstanding debts. You’ll liaise with customers, resolve account queries, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach. Key duties include:
- Conducting daily collection calls to corporate clients
- Managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Investigating and resolving account disputes
- Processing credit card transactions and refunds
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth account management
- Preparing reports on debt recovery and escalations
THE CANDIDATE
