The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-performing team on a 2-month contract , with the potential for extension. This is an exciting chance to work with one of Australia’s most recognised FMCG brands in a true generalist role - where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies, ensuring hiring managers are supported throughout the process.
- Manage contract variations, inductions, and onboarding.
- Provide HR reporting and action engagement survey outcomes with managers.
- Support and coach managers on ER matters, including performance management and absenteeism.
- Handle HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee cyclical HR activities, such as performance reviews.
- Contribute to a variety of HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner —we’re open to different levels of experience, as long as you have the right attitude.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and own tasks.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
- A collaborative and can-do attitude , with excellent problem-solving skills.
