Gladesville Gymnastics Club, an established and respected gymnastics facility, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Recreational Gymnastics / Member Services to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recreational gymnastics program and member services, ensuring exceptional customer service and program delivery. Based in Gladesville, NSW, this position is integral to the club's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the recreational gymnastics program and enhance member engagement
- Overseeing all aspects of the recreational gymnastics program, including scheduling, staff supervision, and program development
- Ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive experience for all participants
- Hands on coaching of recreational gymnastics programs
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and monitor key performance indicators for the recreational gymnastics program
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of passionate and skilled gymnastics coaches, including fundamental coaches in training
- Maintaining the Club website and social media
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Experience in a leadership role within the gymnastics or sport and recreation industry
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing a recreational gymnastics program
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to foster positive relationships with members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards in the gymnastics industry
- Intermediate gymnastics coach accreditation or higher
