South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to assist in the seamless operation of our Warrnambool Theatre Department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the theatre department. Your strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication skills will contribute to the smooth delivery of services.
Position overview
* Part-time Fixed Term 32 hours per fortnight (Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7.30am -4pm) until Sept 2025
* Warrnambool Campus
* Classification: Administrative Support Officer Grade 1
* Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,610 pro rata, plus superannuation

* Strong computer skills with proficiency in relevant software.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
